What do we do?

We have a robust strategic development and support framework, our Business Excellence Programme, that helps business owners and CEOs achieve ongoing sustainable growth as well as their personal and professional goals

Each owners’ goals may be different however we use the same planning framework. Sometimes the owners want to have an exit strategy, some want to grow their sales and some want to rationalize their inefficient operations. We have programmes to handle most situations.

As a trusted advisor you effectively become a part of their management team resulting in long term and rewarding relationships

Additionally the average client revenue can be relatively high meaning there is not continual ongoing pressure to get lots of new clients.

You will be part of a local team that provides support and ideas. You don't work alone.

We provide support in generating good quality leads includng seminars,  telemarketing and direct mail campaigns. Our marketing and selling processes are low pressure and well proven resulting in good conversion rates.   However it is expected that you also generate your own leads through your own networks and referral bases.

What is the market like?

Our target market is privately owned businesses between $1M and $20M in sales revenue. It is estimated that fewer than 10% get proper specialist advice on business development.

Our market segments are mainly service businesses, manufacturing, IT and retail companies.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for entrepreneurial self-achievers that enjoy working with company teams, building strategies and helping to implement them. 

You will have at least 10 years experience in business ownership, a management or consulting background and preferably have a university degree in a management discipline and are used to making strategic decisions and mentoring people.

You must have a desire to help other people – your success depends upon achieving that aim.

Support

We also help keep you motivated by sharing high value information and discussing various strategies to get new clients and issues with your existing clients. We hold regular training sessions through the year. Communication and support is always there every day and every week if needed.

What do you get?

We are offering you the opportunity to buy the rights to use the Progressive Business International name and the rights to use all of our copyrighted systems and documentation.

We provide all the systems and documentation required to establish your practice, as well as head office marketing support in some lead generation activities.

There is a comprehensive 14 -day training in the programmes, marketing and consulting approaches followed by close support with your first clients.   A second 3- day training session is held 3 months after commencment

Everything you need to assist your clients is provided in the Consultant’s Toolkit and Operations Manual.

What are the upfront costs?
